I've signed up with RewardOn and made purchases via the website but my sales aren't showing up in my account - what's going on?

When you shop with our merchants partners you must ensure that your web browser has enabled cookies. Cookies allow us to track your purchase process; without them there is no way for the system to allocate you with your cashback. Another thing you'll want to make sure of is that when you come to RewardOn you sign in before making any purchases.

I forgot to sign in with RewardOn and made a purchase online with one of your partner's sites. Is there any way that I can get the cashback allocated to my RewardOn account?

No, unfortunately, there is no way to retroactively allocate cashback to a user's account. in order to earn cashback you must first sign into your RewardOn account and visit the partner site via RewardOn.com
